Dog Subscription Box Launch – Treats, Toys & Goodies
We are very excited to announce we are launching our high quality Dog Subscription Boxes on 29th March 2016.
Dogs love new and exciting things just as much as us hoomans do. So, in 2015, we decided to set up DoggTreats.com. Our goal was to create exciting monthly dog subscription boxes (also known a Dog Gift Box) for your dog. And boy, do dogs love them! Our Dog Treat Boxes are curated each month by our in-house dog enthusiasts, and contain a great variety of new and exciting treats, toys and accessories.
What does each Dog Subscription Box contain?
In total, we will have 3 types of subscription boxes available, which we are very excited about. At the moment, we are just releasing details about one, the “Mega Box”.
Each “Mega Box” Dog Subscription Box is unique. We search UK suppliers and manufacturers, including well-established brands (but ones you usually wouldn’t see in run-of-the-mill high-street stores) and smaller boutique or artisan suppliers. Our aim is that each box be unique, fun, and exciting, and feel like a dog gift box from you to your pup.
The Mega Box contains around 5-6 specialist treats, toys, accessories or hygiene products for you and your dog to discover. As each dog subscription box is unique, and hand selected each month depending on the size of your dog, we can’t tell you in advance exactly what is in each box, but this all ads to the fun 😉
We always make sure that each box is great value for money.

How we Select Each Item in our Dog Subscription Boxes
Each box contains unique items. The dog treats we select are chosen based on the following:
1. High quality ingredients – we look for high quality ingredients, made from food we as humans would want to eat, treats that are safe and made specially for dogs, designed to be healthy and yummy, and we aim towards hypoallergenic/wheat free.
2. The WOW factor: Unusual & interesting products – when you open your boxes and look at each item, we want you to think “Oh, that’s a good idea! Oh, and so is this!…” Items should be high quality, but fun, interesting, useful and something you wouldn’t usually come across in your run-of-the-mill pet shop. This applies to treats, toys and other accessories.
How it Works
Our Dog Treat Subscription Boxes are fun and exciting for you and your dog. All you need to do is visit our website and select the box(es) you want, and proceed to checkout and enter your details. It’s as simple as that!
Your selected Dog Subscription Box is then waiting to go out. We hand pick quality treats and other goods for your dog based on what options you selected. To make sure you receive the best service each month, and with the best products, for the best value for money, we send our boxes out once a month between 23rd & 26th of each month. This also means the treats in your box are fresh.
You also have complete control: When ordering your box, you can select if you want a box every month, or every other month. You can save money by paying for several boxes upfront, or just pay for each box monthly. And you can select the size of your dog to make sure you get the right kind of treats and accessories to suit your pup.
Want to cancel or pause your subscription? No problem! This is easy to do from your account.
Can I Buy a Dog Gift Box?
Yes! You can buy our boxes as gifts for a friend. You have the same control as you do when buying for your own dog. You can buy your friend a subscription, or simply a one off purchase. For a one-off purchase, simply select your purchase as a gift and cancel your subscription after the first box is sent. For more information, see the How it Works section and our FAQ.
