Our aim is to make your dog the happiest dog in the world.
We send exciting, yummy and healthy treats and fun and unique toys straight to your door in a fun-packed box. We scour the UK for items for your dog that they and you will love.

How Does it Work?
You choose your box type, how regular you want the box and the size of your dog (so we can send you the right items). We do the rest!
We then hand pick exciting items that we know you and your dog will love, carefully package them, and send them off to you.
Our subscription box plans are recurring, but you have complete control and can easily cancel. But we guarantee you will love the box contents every time!

What's in Each Box?
Each box contains quality treats, toys and accessories that have been hand selected for you.
We only send high quality items that we know you will be excited to receive. Our aim is for you to look forward to each box, knowing surprises await!

What's Your Selection Process?
The dog treats (and toys) we select are chosen based on the following:
1. High quality ingredients - we look for high quality ingredients, made from food we as humans would want to eat, treats that are safe and made specially for dogs, designed to be healthy and yummy, and we aim towards hypoallergenic/wheat free.
2. The WOW factor: Unusual & interesting products - when you open your boxes and look at each item, we want you to think "Oh, that's a good idea! Oh, and so is this!..." Items should be high quality, but fun, interesting, useful and something you wouldn't usually come across in your run-of-the-mill pet shop. This applies to treats, toys and other accessories.

What Types of Boxes Can I Choose From?
We have 2 box types to choose from. Our main box is the "Mega Box".
When do DoggTreats' Boxes Ship?
Boxes are sent either once per month, or once every other month, depending on what you select when ordering - you are in control!
When you are due a box, the box is sent out between 23rd - 26th of each month. This ensures you get the best possible service, value, quality and freshness with each box.

Can I Buy Just One Box? Can I Gift a Box?
You can buy boxes as gifts for someone else, yes!
Just select 'Gift' in the ordering process. Subscriptions can be bought as gifts, as well as one-off boxes.
If you only want one box for yourself, simply cancel the subscription after your first box.

How Do the Subscriptions Work?
When you order a Dog Subscription Box from us, we want you to be in control, so you can select from various billing options.
For example, you can select to receive boxes every month, or every other month. You can also pay for boxes one at a time, or save money by paying for multiple boxes upfront. The subscription your choose will then auto renew to make sure you don't miss out!
Is it Easy to Cancel?
Yes. We always want you to be in control, and you aren't locked in. You can cancel easily from your account control panel.
If you pay for multiple boxes up-front, then when you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive the boxes you already paid for, but the subscription won't then auto renew.
You can also Pause a subscription instead of cancelling it.
