Definitions: "You", "Your" refers to you as the user of this website.
The website http://doggtreats.com ("the website") is owned and operated by CorpDesign Limited. "We", "Us", "Our" refers to CorpDesign Limited.
"Orders" and "Subscriptions" refer to the same thing: subscriptions placed via our website using PayPal.
By using this website in any way, including ordering from it, you are at all times subject to these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, with our without giving your notice. Each time you visit the website, you are bound by the current Terms and Conditions. These Terms were last updated on 23 August 2016
YOUR ACCOUNT & ORDERING
Your Account
To order from us, you must first register your details and set up an account with us.
If you are an individual, by registering you agree to comply with our Terms. If you are a company, you must have authority to sign up on the companies behalf. You agree to be responsible for all your activity (including joining and ordering) on the website.
When registering an account, your agree that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. It is your responsibility to ensure your information is kept up to date.
We reserve the right to refuse/reject any application to join us or to refuse/reject to provide our service or any order for any reason whatsoever. We also reserve the right to cancel any account, order or service that is already in place on our website for any reason whatsoever.
Ordering
Orders are billed on or around the same date each month. The rebilling date is 2nd of each month. Your order date, recurring date (the date we start to process your order each month), and other details are show on the My Account page of the website when you are logged in. You can manage your account and orders and make changes on the website.
Your submission of an order is in effect an offer to enter into a contract to buy the order from us. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, except by the terms below (see Cancellations below).
Box shape and size may differ from box to box depending on what we are sending, and at our discretion.
Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time as we see fit. You may cancel your subscription at anytime via the My Account page, keeping in mind the following terms in this section. Cancellations to a Subscription may take up to 2 working days (48hours not including weekends and public holidays) ("2 working day(s)") to complete. This should be taken into account when canceling or altering a subscription. Orders that are cancelled within 2 working days of the renewal date may still be sent.
Once we receive an order for a subscription from you, you may cancel the subscription for following months, but the first box may still be sent and charged for.
Trials, Offers/Discounts/Promotions
Trials, and Offers/Discounts/Promotions ("Trial" / "Trials") are only available to new members of the website, and/or to those who have not received or taken advantage of a trial before.
Trials can not be used in conjunction with any other offer, trial, or discount.
You will be charged full price per box after your trial has ended. Details of when your free trial will end are shown on your account.
Trials are offered as a complementary service only. This is offered without warranty, and we reserve the right to cancel a free trial if we see fit. The reasons for this may include, but are not limited to: If we suspect you have already participated in a trial, if someone in your household has already participated in a trial or any other reason we see fit.
We send trial boxes out along with all other boxes, on or shortly after 22nd of each month. You may cancel at any time. However, cancelling before we send your free or trial box will cancel the whole order, including the trial box.
Trial boxes are only available as part of an ongoing subscription with at least 1 full paying month. If you receive a trial box and do not wish to continue your subscription, you may send your trial box back to us. Please contact us for our returns address.
You may only take advantage of one trial box. Only one trial box per household.
We reserve the right to cancel or change a promotion at any time.
BOXES AND DELIVERY
Box Contents
The contents of each box is not set, and we cannot guarantee to send you any specific item. The contents of each box are chosen completely at our discretion. We will try to tailor your box(es) based on information you have provided, but this may not always happen or be possible. Information you enter about your dog (for example age and dietary needs) are for information only, and are used only as guides when possible.
It is your responsibility to check the suitability of each item, food or packet for your dog. You agree to take sole responsibility for the use of each item once it is received by you.
Our sending an item isn't a recommendation of the item or product or recommendation of suitability of the item or product. Labels, instructions, expiry dates and similar information should be checked by you.
You agree that you are aware that some items may contain ingredients that you or your dog may be allergic to, and it is your responsibility to read the label (as stated above).
Delivery
Delivery times stated on the website or by ourselves are estimates only. Delivery times by differ depending on stock, the delivery address, when you place your order, circumstances affecting the chosen delivery method or company, and other circumstances. You agree not to hold us responsible for any delay outside of our control relating to the delivery of boxes.
Most boxes will be sent via Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to change the delivery method without giving notice.
If you are not in when an attempted delivery is made, the box will be held by your post office, and it is your responsibility to contact your local delivery office to arrange a re-delivery. We can not be responsible for any boxes that aren't collected by you.
If you change address, you must notify us in good time, ensuring that boxes are not sent to the wrong address. You will not be refunded or credited for any boxes sent to the wrong address. Delivery is free only where stated. Any stated delivery prices may change at any time, or may be overwritten by an offer. You can see the final price in the checkout.
We dispatch boxes on 22nd (or soon thereafter) of each month.
Returns
Each box and its whole contents as dispatched by us is classed by us as one product. You can not return part a box, or individual items from a box. If a return needs to be made, the whole box should be returned to us asap. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving a box to arrange a return. We reserve the right to interpret the return of a box as a request to cancel your subscription.
OTHER
Applicable Law
Your use of this website is governed by these Terms and Conditions and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising from your use of this website and the services we provide are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
None of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights. For further information about your statutory rights, contact your local authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.
in no event shall we be liable to you for any business losses. Any liability we do have for losses you suffer is strictly limited to the purchase price of the relevant products and to losses that were foreseeable. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
If we delay exercising or fail to exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms and Conditions, such delay or failure does not constitute a waiver of that right or any other rights under these Terms and Conditions.
We collect personal information about you through your use of this website and our services. All information that we collect about you is subject to our Privacy Policy
Force Majeure
We will not be liable to you for any lack of performance, or the unavailability or failure, of this website or our services, or for any failure by us to comply with these Terms and Conditions, where such lack, unavailability or failure arises from any cause reasonably beyond our control.
